    Dear VEs:

    New General Exams and ExamWin Software.

    As you are aware, the new General Class Element 3 exams are to be used at your test sessions beginning this Sunday July 1, 2007.  
     
    ·        For ARRL VE teams who are Formally Field stocked, five new General class test  
          design booklets should have arrived to you via priority mail during the third week in June.  
          Please discard any existing General class test booklets (2004 series)  
          on or after Midnight, June 30, 2007, as they will no longer be valid.
     
    ·        For ARRL VE teams who are using the ExamWin Software, the updated version has  
          been released and is available on the ARRL VEC web page  www.arrl.org/arrlvec/examwin .
